  2. Do you have a printed catalog?

    No, we don't have a print catalog sent by mail. Since we're always adding products to our selection, the internet allows us to keep you the most up-to-date with the newest styles and products we offer. It also provides a way for us to show you the most different views of everything you're shopping for. If you're in the Saint Louis area stop by our retail store, Boxers, and browse without your mouse!

  3. How can I get my order even faster than normal?

    For orders inside the continental United States, we understand that sometimes you can't wait 3 to 7 business days for an order to arrive. For that reason, we offer delivery by DHL Ground Service, DHL 2-Day Delivery and DHL Next Day by 3:00 pm. Just choose whichever option suits you as the shipping method during your checkout process.

    For orders outside the United States, we offer Global Express Delivery. With expedited delivery through the United States Postal Service, you will receive a tracking number where you can follow your shipment around the globe. Global Express orders usually arrive at their destination within 5 business days.

  5. Do you take personal checks/money orders/traveler's checks?

    We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards through our online ordering system. However, we do accept money orders, personal checks, and traveler's checks for mail-in orders.

  6. Do you accept mail-in orders?

    Yes, we do! Here are the steps for submitting a mail-in order:

    1. Select the merchandise you desire by adding it to your shopping cart.
    2. Proceed to the check-out screen and click on the link, "Place Order Without Account"
    3. Fill in the form with your shipping information and click the "Continue" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
    4. At this point you will need to print the order page out on a printer. The page should contain your shipping information, merchandise ordered and the total due.
    5. Fill out a check or money order for the total amount. Please make it payable to: MensUnderwearStore.com.
    6. Mail the printed form along with your payment to:

    8. Your items will be shipped to you via whatever shipping method you choose. If payment is made by cashier's check or money order, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. If paying by personal or company check, there will be a delay of approximately two weeks until we can verify the funds have been deposited before shipping the order.

  7. Are gift certificates available?

    We offer gift certificates online in many pre-determined denominations. If you wish to have a gift certificate issued in an amount outside of the pre-determined amounts please contact us online or by telephone at (866) 326-9377 (inside the US) or +01 314 772 3566 (outside of the US).

  8. What options do I have for shipping my order?

    We offer a variety of shipping options. US orders are shipped via US Postal Service and usually arrive within 5 business days from the time the order is placed.

    Expedited service for US residents are shipped the same day if your order is received by 4pm Central US time. Choose from DHL Ground Service, DHL 2-Day Delivery and DHL Next Day by 3:00 pm for weekday delivery only.

    All orders shipped outside the US are sent via US Air Mail. Delivery usually happens within 14 business days but could take longer if there is a queue for customs inspections. We also offer a priority international and global express service to get your items to you faster.

  9. What if I need to return something?

    We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you wanted other merchandise in exchange, or a refund, or carry a "store credit", which would not expire. For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for sending you the exchanged items.

  10. What if an item is out of stock?

    Our Live Inventory system removes product sizes and colors when they become out of stock, however it is possible that a backorder could be created if there is not sufficient quantity on-hand to cover an order for multiple units of a product. We will promptly notify you of the situation to determine whether we should issue a credit for missing items or ship the order incomplete with remaining items placed in a back order status (we will ship back ordered items via US Postal Service without additional charge).

    In order to keep track of the information in your shopping cart, MensUnderwearStore.com uses "Cookies" - small text files placed on your computer that remember what you order and assist you through the ordering process. Without using these cookies, your computer will not be able to remember what it is that you're ordering.
