For the best fit and results Spanx recommends purchasing the same size shirt/underwear you would normally purchase. For example if you wear a size Medium shirt or underwear purchase a Medium not a size Small.

81% Cotton, 19% Spandex with 85% Nylon, 15% Spandex Mesh Panel.

Machine wash warm, normal cycle. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Iron low heat, do not iron print.
