Our Live Inventory system removes product sizes and colors when they become out of stock, however it is possible that a backorder could be created if there is not sufficient quantity on-hand to cover an order for multiple units of a product. We will promptly notify you of the situation to determine whether we should issue a credit for missing items or ship the order incomplete with remaining items placed in a back order status (we will ship back ordered items via US Priority Mail without additional charge).
We offer a variety of shipping options. US orders are shipped via US Postal Service and usually arrive within 5 business days from the time the order is placed.
Expedited service for US residents are shipped the same day if your order is received by 4:00pm Central US time. Choose from UPS 3-Day Express Ground Delivery, UPS 2-Day Delivery and UPS Next Day By 3PM. All UPS delivery services are available for weekday delivery only.
All orders shipped outside the US are sent via US Air Mail. Delivery usually happens within 14 business days but could take longer if there is a queue for customs inspections. We also offer a priority international and global express service to get your items to you faster.

We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you wanted other merchandise in exchange, or a refund, or carry a "store credit", which would not expire. For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for sending you the exchanged items. Read the complete returns and exchanges policy.
