  1. Click the "Gear" icon located to the right of the address bar
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Click the "Privacy" tab
  4. Click the "Advanced" button under settings and make the following changes under "Cookies":
    1. Check the box for "Override automatic cookie handling"
    2. Set "First-party Cookies" to "Allow"
    3. Set "Third-party Cookies" to "Allow"
    4. Check the box for "Always allow session cookies"
  5. Click "OK" to save changes
  6. Note: You may need to restart your browser for the changes to take affect.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
  1. Click the "Tools" menu
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Click the "Privacy" tab

  4. Slide the bar down to "Medium" or click the "Advanced" button under settings and make the following changes under "Cookies":
    1. Check the box for "Override automatic cookie handling"
    2. Set "First-party Cookies" to "Allow"
    3. Set "Third-party Cookies" to "Allow"
    4. Check the box for "Always allow session cookies"
  5. Click "OK" to save changes

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
  1. Go to the "Tools" menu
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab
  4. Click the "Default" button (or slide the bar down to "Medium") under Settings

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5+
  1. Go to the "Tools" menu
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Click on the "Security" tab
  4. Click the "Default Level" button, or click the "Custom Level" and verify the following settings under "Cookies":
    1. "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" is set to "Enable"
    2. "Allow per-session cookies" is set to "Enable"
  5. Click "OK" to save changes

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 for Mac
  1. Go to the "Explorer" menu
  2. Select "Preferences..."
  3. Click "Cookies" under "Receiving Files" in the left menu
  4. Select "Never Ask" from the drop down menu for "When receiving cookies:"
  5. Click "OK" to save changes

Safari (Windows/Mac OS X)
  1. Click the "Edit" menu (or "Safari" on Mac OS X)
  2. Select "Preferences..."
  3. Click the "Security" icon
  4. Click the circle next to "Always" for "Accept cookies"
  5. Close the window to save changes
  6. Note: You may need to restart your browser for the changes to take affect.
Safari (iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad)
  1. From the "Home" screen, touch the "Settings" icon
  2. Touch "Safari" from the settings listing
  3. Touch "Accept Cookies"
  4. Select "Always"
  5. Press the "Home" button to save changes
  6. Note: You may need to restart Safari for the changes to take affect. To restart Safari press and hold the "Home" button until the display goes blank and the home screen appears.
Opera 10
  1. Click the "Opera" menu icon
  2. Select "Settings" and then "Preferences..."
  3. Click the "Advanced" tab
  4. Select "Cookies" from the menu on the left
  5. Click the circle for "Accept cookies"
  6. Click "OK" to save changes

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu

  3. Click "Site Controls" under "Security and Privacy"
  4. Check the box for "Allow cookies"
  5. Verify that the check box for "From originating site only" is not checked
  6. Click "OK" to save changes

Netscape 7
  1. Go to the "Edit" menu
  2. Select "Preferences"
  3. Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand
  4. Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies"
  5. Select "Enable all cookies"
  6. Click "OK" to save changes

Google Chrome
  1. Click the "Tool" icon located to the right of the address bar
  2. Select "Options"
  3. Click the "Under the Hood" tab
  4. Scroll down to the "Privacy" section and click the "Content settings..." button
  5. Click the "Cookies" tab and then select "Allow local data to be set"
  6. Click "Close" to save changes.
