Our Live Inventory system uses real-time monitoring to ensure that you are only offered items that are currently in-stock or eligible to be backordered. If the size and/or color you are looking for is missing, that means it is sold out and likely no longer available from that designer. If an item is out of stock but can be backordered, you will be notified immediately after you make your size and color selection. If you choose to backorder a product, we will ship the item(s) to you via US Postal Service with no additional charge.
We offer a variety of shipping options. For US orders, we offer free standard shipping via US Postal Service. You may also choose expedited delivery with UPS 3-Day Express Ground Delivery, UPS 2-Day Delivery or UPS Next Day by 3PM.
For US orders outside the continental United States (including, but not limited to, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam), we offer United States Postal Service Express Mail for the same rate as the UPS Next Day by 3PM service.
All orders shipped outside the US are sent via First Class International through the US Postal Service and is handed off to the reciprocating mail service in the destination country. We also offer Priority International and Global Express services.

We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but you are responsible for the return postage. You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. for a refund, exchange, or "store credit", which would not expire. For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for sending you the exchanged items. Read the complete returns and exchanges policy.
