Shipping rates and options

We offer a variety of shipping options. US orders are shipped via US Postal Service and usually arrive within 5 business days from the time the order is placed.

Expedited services for US residents are shipped the same day if your order is received by 3:00 pm Central US time. Choose from USPS Priority 2-3 Day Delivery and USPS Express 1-2 Day Delivery.

All orders shipped outside the US are sent via First Class International through the US Postal Service and is handed off to the reciprocating mail service in the destination country. Delivery usually happens within 14 business days but could take longer if there is a queue for customs inspections. We also offer Priority International and Global Express services to get your items to you faster.

For orders within the continental United States: We understand that sometimes you need your merchandise in a hurry. For that reason, we offer economical delivery by USPS Priority 2-3 Day Delivery and USPS Express 1-2 Day Delivery. You will be presented with the available shipping options during checkout, simply choose the one that best suits your needs.

For US orders outside the continental United States (Including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam) we offer United States Postal Service Express Mail.

For orders outside the United States, we offer Priority Mail International and Global Express services to get your items to you faster. Both services will expedite delivery through the United States Postal Service and the reciprocating mail service for the destination country. You will receive a tracking number allowing you to track your shipment around the globe. Global Express orders usually arrive at their destination in 5 to 7 business days. Priority Mail strives for delivery within 10 business days. These time frames are not guaranteed.

Live Inventory

Our Live Inventory system removes product sizes and colors as they become out of stock, however it is possible that a backorder could be created if there is not sufficient quantity on-hand to cover an order for multiple units of a product. We will promptly notify you of the situation to determine whether we should issue a credit for missing items or ship the order incomplete with remaining items placed in a back order status (we will ship back ordered items via US Postal Service without additional charge).

A Boxer Bucks® account will allow you to save money by earning points on each order that you can then redeem on subsequent orders. Once signed up, you can access a centralized account dashboard to obtain the latest tracking information for your order and turn on/off e-mail from MensUnderwearStore.com containing exclusive coupons, offers and sale announcements. Additionally, making a purchase is even faster and easier because your billing and shipping addresses have been saved.

Item out of stock / Size/Color is missing

We currently accept Apple Pay, G Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Paypal, through our online ordering system.

    Sales tax and import duties

    All items are shipped from Florida. Please note that for all Florida residents a sales tax will be added to your total.

    Import tax and custom fees may be imposed at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser / customer to pay.

    Gift certificates

    We offer gift certificates online in many pre-determined denominations.

    Changing or cancelling an order

    All orders are shipped within 24 hours. If you would like to make any changes or updates to your order we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can't ensure we will be able to make any changes if the order was already processed. Please reply to your order confirmation email with your request or fill out our online contact form.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Return policy

    You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you wanted other merchandise in exchange or a refund, or carry a "store credit" which would not expire. Please follow the steps listed on the Returns & Exchanges page.

    Exchange process

    For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items that are being exchanged to us, we will pay postage for sending you the exchanged items. Upon receiving your exchange item(s) we will process the exchange as you requested and ship the new item(s) back out to you.

    Store credit policy

    You can also return an item(s) for a store credit. After we receive your return we will issue a store credit in the form of Boxer Bucks® that you can use at a later date. Like Boxer Bucks®, the store credit does not expire.

    We ship to APO/AFO and P.O. Boxes using the United States Postal Service.
